The Embassy of Canada in the Philippines is now accepting all types of visa applications provided that the applicant should be fully vaccinated, at least fourteen (14) days before the intended plan of travel to Canada.
Vaccines recognized by Canada are the following:
1. Pfizer-BioNTech Cominarty
2. Moderna Spikevax
3. AstraZeneca Vaxzevria/COVISHIELD
4. Janssen/Johnson & Johnson
Qualified travelers may file their visas through an online application directly to the Embassy of Canada. Once the application is reviewed, the Embassy will notify the applicant of a schedule of biometrics. Applicants with biometrics taken with VFS Canada within the last ten (10) days from the date of application may be exempted to appear upon the discretion of the Embassy.
