Online learning is the reimagining of the educational process that maximizes available virtual classroom software to engage students fully in their academic journey.
Rajah Travel has opened its doors to 1,200 students from 45 different colleges and universities in the fulfillment of the on-the-job training hours of their students. Remote Practicum (Mentoring) Program under the Travel Academy, brings flexibility into the process regarding scheduling, content availability, and structures, which allows the trainees to access the learning material virtually. The elements of e-learning include similar traditional factors such as motivation, content stimulus, opportunities to apply industry practice, an assessment which comprise of quizzes, tests, and demonstrations. With online learning, engagement of students is also critical to keep them moving toward their goals.
Both mentors and students benefit from the e-learning environment opportunities. The amount learned in each session has established a connection to access excellent resources and develop a passion for learning. Aside from partnership and collaborative outputs, there will be an improvement in time management, as well as analytical and critical thinking skills.

September 6, 2021, Term 6 will take into effect bringing together new mentors and trainees learning together for the next 20-40 hours of synchronous sessions.
