The Rajah Tourism Knowledge Center (TKC) will have this year’s 5th Travel Talk Event for tourism students, professors, and industry stakeholders happening in Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort, Philippines, on June 25, 2024.
In a nutshell, the Travel Talk is a hybrid event with local and foreign viewership and a projected minimum of 500 face-to-face/onsite participants complemented with a live stream event broadcast through the chosen digital platforms. With this medium, we seek to widen the reach and share information beyond the event walls to more tourism and hospitality academe stakeholders and industry partners.

This year's TKC 5th Travel Talk event theme “Seasonings of Change: How Do You Measure Time with Friends” is in reference to the World Tourism Organization’s perspective on Gastronomic Tourism.
Our keynote speaker is the Department of Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco, and our esteemed line-up of speakers are Mr. Javier Ruescas from the World Tourism Organization, Ms. Sarah Wang from the World Travel and Tourism Council, and Mr. Joselito "Boboi" Costas, a well-recognized sustainable tourism consultant.
