The South Korean government has recently launched e-Group Visa for tourists, a new streamlined visa application process for groups of travelers visiting South Korea. Travelers can now apply for e-Group Visa through accredited travel agencies.
Please take note on the following conditions on the application for Korea e-Group Visa. The approval of the e-Group Visa is still upon the discretion of the Korean Embassy.
A. Korea e-Group Visa may be applied as long as applicants met the criteria:
1. *Company incentive trip, educational tour group of below collegiate level, and regular tour group*
2. *Minimum of 3 travelers travelling together*
3. On same flight arriving and departing Korea (no deviation)
B. For the individual traveler/applicant who will be joining the group, below are the documents needed:
1. Filled-out visa application form
2. Passport size photo, 1 piece
3. Scanned copy of passport information/data page
C. For the sponsoring company, below are the documents:
1. Visa request letter from the sponsoring company signed by the authorized signatory (notarized)
2. Company business documents (SEC with GIS / Business Permits)
3. Company ITR
4. Bank document
D. From the Tour Operator in Korea, they need to submit the updated copy of Business Registration (Corporate Tax Payer)
E. For Regular Tour Group traveling for leisure, all travelers must confirm a tour package itinerary with Rajah Travel. Any deviation from the tour itinerary is not allowed. Further, DIY itinerary is not also accepted. Kindly note that proof of travelers' financial ability i.e. bank statements, ITR, etc may also be required.
