  • No reservation or booking has been made yet. Confirmation of flights, hotels and sightseeing tours are still subject to availability at the time of request for a reservation
  • Rate quoted is per person and in US Dollars, subject to prevailing foreign exchange if the settlement is in Philippine peso
  • Rate provided is applicable for bookings with a minimum of 6 pax (adult) and only for the indicated travel period. Otherwise, the rate for this itinerary is subject for recomputation and is available upon request
  • Rate is applicable for Philippine Passport holders only
  • Standard Hotel check-in time is after 1500H and check out time is at 1100H. Early morning check-in and late check-out are on request basis only and subject to room availability.

Day 1  Autumn Welcome in Hokkaido (D)

Arrive at New Chitose Airport and transfer to Jozankei, a famous hot spring town located just outside Sapporo and known for its forested valleys and autumn foliage. Enjoy dinner at the hotel and unwind in an onsen resort, offering a peaceful introduction to Hokkaido’s countryside and wellness culture.   

Day 2   A Day of Nature at Jozankei's Countryside (B/L)

After breakfast, visit Jozankei Farm, where you can enjoy hands-on rural experiences such as seasonal fruit picking or treetop adventure activities (optional with corresponding rate). After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to Hoheikyo Dam, one of Hokkaido’s most scenic autumn spots, surrounded by colorful mountain landscapes. Transfer to Sapporo in the afternoon for hotel check-in.

Day 3   Otaru Heritage & Mt. Moiwa Night Views (B/L)

Have breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, travel to Otaru, a historic port town famous for its preserved warehouses and romantic canal. Walk along Otaru Canal, visit Kitaichi Glass and the Music Box Museum, and enjoy lunch before stopping at Tanaka Sake Brewery, a traditional sake maker using local ingredients. Return to Sapporo and ride the Mt. Moiwa Ropeway, offering one of Japan’s most beautiful nighttime city views. 

Day 4   Sapporo City Highlights & Nature (B/L)

Enjoy a heart breakfasy before exploring Sapporo’s cultural and local landmarks starting with Hokkaido University, known for its spacious campus and autumn tree-lined paths. Visit the Sapporo Central Wholesale Market, a popular spot for fresh seafood and local produce. Continue to Hokkaido Shrine, an important spiritual site, and end the day with a leisurely walk at Nakajima Park, a scenic urban park especially beautiful during autumn.

Day 5   Farewell Hokkaido (B)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to New Chitose Airport for departure, concluding a relaxed and memorable autumn journey through Hokkaido.
