TripBeep is the consumer program under the Rajah Travel Virtual Money Card program which aims to provide the convenience of cashless transactions both online and offline.

  1. What is a TripBeep card?

    The Rajah Travel TripBeep card is a prepaid card that may be given as a gift and used as an alternative to cash for the purchase of products and services anywhere in the world. It is available in peso or dollar currency.

  3. Is this a credit card?

    No. TripBeep is a prepaid gift card. It must be loaded with money before you can use it but similar to a debit or credit card, you may use it in all network accredited stores including online stores here and abroad.

  4. Who are eligible to get a TripBeep card?

    Individual who are 12 years old and above

  5. How do I apply for a TripBeep card?

    1. Go to the Rajah Travel office in Makati or Manila office (purchase via website soon!).

    2. Ask the cash management representative for the TripBeep prepaid gift card and advise if you want a peso or dollar card.

    3. Consent to providing some personal information and complete a customer information sheet with the following details:

      1. Full Name (First, Middle, Last);
      2. Present Address;
      3. Nature of work, name of employer or nature of self-employment/ business;
      4. Date and Place of birth
      5. Contact Details
      6. Source of funds
      7. Permanent Address
      8. Nationality
      9. Copy of any Government issued ID
      10. Signature Specimen
    4. Present one of the following IDs:

      1. Passport including those issued by foreign governments
      2. Driver's license
      3. Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
      4. NBI Clearance
      5. Unified Multi-purpose ID/Social Security System ID
      6. Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration
      7. Government office and GOCC ID (i.e AFR, HDMF ID, etc.)
      8. Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID
      9. Valid photo bearing School ID duly signed by the principal or head of school
      10. Police clearance
      11. Postal ID
      12. Voter's ID
      13. Tax Identification Number ID
      14. Barangay certification

    6. The cash management representative will register your card and ask if you want to activate it immediately or if you want to activate it at a later time.

    7. Once activated, the card is ready for use.

    8. Cards that were not activated upon purchase maybe activated by the cardholder by calling our customer support at +632 657253X.

  6. Can I use my TripBeep card immediately?

    Yes, if the TripBeep card was activated upon purchase otherwise you have to activate the card by calling our customer support hotline at +632 657253X. An Interactive Voice Response will guide you through the activation process.

  7. How do I re-load funds to my TripBeep card?

    TripBeep cards are not reloadable. A new TripBeep card should be purchased if additional funds are needed.

  8. How do I check my card balance and transaction history?

    You may check your card balance and transaction history by calling our customer support hotline at +632 657253X.

  9. Where can I use my TripBeep card?

    You can use your TripBeep prepaid gift card at any network accredited shops and online stores in the Philippines and other countries.

  10. How do I use my TripBeep card to pay in shops, restaurants and any other establishments?

    Just present your TripBeep prepaid gift card to the cashier and sign the sales slip.

  11. How do I use my TripBeep card to pay or purchase online?

    Use your TripBeep prepaid gift card like you would with your debit or credit card for online payments.

  12. What are the fees/charges associated in using a TripBeep card?

    Card Fee Php150.00
    Inactivity Php200.00 starting on the
    Fee 7th month of inactivity

  13. What are the limits under my TripBeep account?

    You can load and maintain a maximum load balance of up to Php50,000.00 (depending on the prevailing exchange rate) or USD1,000.00 per month.

  14. What will I do if I use my TripBeep card and my transaction was declined?

    Check if your TripBeep prepaid gift card has sufficient load balance for the transaction to proceed. If you have sufficient balance and the transaction is still declined, please call our customer service hotline at +632657 253X and our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

  15. Can I use my TripBeep card for ATM transactions?

    No. TripBeep card has no cash access.

  16. Does my card have an expiry date?

    Yes, TripBeep cards will expire three (3) years after issuance. Expiry date will be indicated on the cards.

  17. What will I do if I lose my TripBeep card?

    Always treat your card with care and keep it in a secure place, as if it were cash. Your TripBeep cards will not be replaced if you lose it.

  18. What will I do if I want to dispute a transaction?
