Your first Mango experience will start in Zambales, where you will be welcomed by a refreshing Mango shake and a fiesta ambiance. A local farm expert will join you and tell you all about how this tropical fruit is intertwined in the Filipino culture. Learn to pick and cut the right Mango directly from the trees. Test your cooking skills and join the fun in a mini cooking show with a local cook featuring the golden fruit of the Philippines.

Rise early and head on to Clark International Airport to board an hour flight to Iloilo City, your gateway to the island of Guimaras.
From Iloilo, continue your journey by land and sea transfer to the world famous land of the sweetest Mangoes – Guimaras. With a guest local historian, hear tales of the province and the interesting legends of this heart-shaped fruit.

With a local expert, start your day with a morning visit to the National Mango Research and Development Center. Learn how this facility is essential to the success of the Agri-Tourism industry in the province. Guimaras is one of the Philippines provinces that is capable to export Mangoes to the United States of America and Autralia. Your next stop, aptly named Pit Stop Café, is where you will be challenged to flavor your own Mango Spaghetti and watch a cooking demo. Bid farewell to Guimaras as we sail back to Iloilo city. Travel back in old times when we visit Camiña Bahay na Bato, one of the city’s architectural wonder showcasing Ilonggo’s culture, heritage and gastronomy. Before heading back to airport for your flight to Mania, we savor authentic local dishes cooked and prepared by Camiña family, like Pancit Molo, a soup with wonton wrappers which originated from Molo district in Iloilo City.
