DAY 1     Manila, The Heart of the Country (D)

Welcome to Manila! Upon arrival at the airport, transfer to your hotel for check-in and rest. Metro Manila serves as the central nerve of all activities in the country—it's the seat of government, the center of trade and economic activities, and the core of education. Meet your tour guide and fellow tour members for a welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight stay in Manila.

DAY 2     Getting Around Manila (B , L)

The tour starts at the walled city of Intramuros, which is steeped in Manila’s colonial past with its cobblestone streets, Spanish-style buildings, and churches. Visit the schools and universities where President Quezon completed his education. Overnight stay in Manila.

DAY 3     Quezon’s Memories (B , L)

Depart for Quezon City Memorial Circle, where the monument consists of three vertical pylons representing the three main geographic divisions of the country: Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao. Established by executive order issued by President Osmena, the monument honors his predecessor, President Manuel L. Quezon. Overnight stay in Manila. 

DAY 4     Back To His Hometown (B , L)

Today, visit the Baler Church, a National Historic Landmark, and the Museo de Baler, where a statue of the late president sits in front of the building. Get a glimpse of the late President's official car, a 1937 Chrysler Airflow. Witness the scenic view of Baler Bay by visiting Ermita Hill. Overnight stay in Manila.

DAY 5     Free Time (B)

Enjoy free time and head out to the beach for some surfing activities.

DAY 6     Travel Back to Manila (B)

8-hour drive back to Manila.
