No, you can proceed using the online booking tool without completing the register/login page.

Online Booking

How late can I book my flight?

Bookings are accepted 72 hours prior to date of departure.

How cn I pay for my online booking?

Payment is thru credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Agency or Cash Bank Deposit. For Philippine market, Bancnet or Over-the-Counter (OTC) payments may be accepted on selected transactions.

What personal information is required to complete my booking?

How can I pay for my online booking?

What is an e-ticket?

Electronic ticket or e-ticket is a document that contains your flight information and ticket number.

How will I know if I have purchased a ticket?

An electronic ticket receipt will be sent via e-mail.

May I send a representative to pay for the tickets?

Yes. However, for credit card transactions, card owner must be present at time of payment.

What mode of payments are accepted?

We accept cash bank deposit either in PHP or USD currency. We also accept American Express, Visa or Mastercard creditcard payments thru Agency ticketing.

What do the "Titles" , mean in the Guest Details page?

Mr - Adult
Ms - Adult Women
Mstr - Male Children
Miss - Female Children

How do I enter Sr. in my name?

Suffix may be entered in the last name box.

My baby will turn 2 on our return trip, do I book him as child or infant?

You should book him as a child.

My passport has already expired. Can I still book my flights?

Yes. Please ensure that a valid passport will be released prior to your date of departure. You may contact us to provide the valid passport information.

I have already purchased my ticket but have decided to bring my children with me.
Can I go back online and book their flights?

No. Please contact Rajah Travel Corp. for booking. Our online booking tool has been designed to treat children as Unaccompanied Minor if booked without an adult on the same record.

Where can I view the summary of the total cost?

You may click on Fares found on the Booking Summary details.

Can I book package tours online?

No. You may give us a call or fill up an Online Booking Request Form. A Travel Consultant will reply and customize a trip package based on your request.

How do I know my booking class?

Booking class is indicated on the flight summary.

How do I know the type of aircraft?

It will be indicated on your itinerary.

I misspelled my last name? How do I correct this?

My Trips

Can I view my booking online?

Yes, you may view your booking by logging into your Profile or click on View/Print My Itinerary.

What do I need to present when making a payment?

Kindly bring a copy or your confirmation booking. If purchasing an international ticket, please present your valid passport with visa (if applicable).

How can I choose a specific seat for my flight?

Please call the airline to request specific seat assignments. Some airlines require a fee for seat booking.



Check-in

With an e-Ticket, how do I check in at the airport?

You may present your e-ticket itinerary and travel related documents upon check-in.

What documents are required for International Travel?

You will be required to present your valid passport , visa (if applicable) and other travel related documents.



VIGOR AIRPORT SHUTTLE TRANSFER

Booking your transfer

a. What is included in the price?

-One way or roundtrip shuttle service is inclusive of seat-in-coach transfers using air-conditioned coach and each paying is guest is allowed to carry 2-pcs luggage not exceeding 20 kilograms each with total dimension per bag shall not exceed to 158cm (62”)- regular size suitcase. Please take note that driver may refuse to handle baggage that is larger or heavier than the normal size.


b. I did not receive my confirmation email, how can I obtain it?

c. I can’t find my hotel in the list of hotels with shuttle schedule what do I do?

-Please request/book for private transfers.


d. Am travelling with kids, what age is required to get a seat?

-Children above 3 years of age are required to get a seat.

During your journey

a. What do I do when my flight has landed in Hong Kong?

- Proceed to baggage counter and claim your luggage. Exit at the Arrival Hall B and approach Vigor at B01 Counter. Just present your Funtastic Voucher to be assisted.


b. What if I forgot my vouchers?

- If you forgot your voucher, you can also present your passport to be assisted.


c. I have booked a return transfer. Do I need to reconfirm my booking the day before?

- No need. Unless you want changes on your departure pick-up time or place or there is a time change on your return flight to Manila, please contact Vigor Tours immediately.

Baggage allowance

a. What if I have excess luggage?

-Oversized and excess baggage is subjected to the availability of storage space on coach, and surcharge may be levied


- For extra baggage that will exceed the standard dimension and weight, passenger must call our partner, Vigor Tours for alternative arrangements.


-For a third luggage, please pay HK$50 to the Vigor Counter.


-For Big or bulky items i.e. (LCDs, TV, etc) = Full price of a seat which is HK$ 140 for Hong Kong Island Hotel & HK$ 130 for Kowloon Hotels


b. Can I pay my excess luggage in US$ instead of HK$?

- We highly recommend paying in HK$.


c. Can I book and pay in advance before I travel to Hong Kong for my excess baggage?

- For extra or excess baggage, we highly recommend to settle it onsite. Our partner, Vigor Tours will be the one to determine should there be extra charges. But for extra baggage that will exceed the standard dimension and weight, passenger must call Vigor Tours for alternative arrangements.

a. How do I pay for my reservation?

- Once your booking is confirmed, it can be settled thru our website using your credit card. You may settle also thru payment centre or bank deposit as well or visit our office at:

Cancellation, Changes and Refunds

a. What if my flight is delayed? What do I do?

- Please contact our office or emergency contact number listed on your Funtastic Voucher to see if another pick-up time with or without additional charge could be arranged. Arrival in Hong Kong beyond 9:30PM will be provided private transfer but subject to surcharge which will be settled onsite.


b. What if my flight is cancelled? What do I do?

Once booking is finalized any cancellation after finalization will be subject to penalty of 5%.


c. Can I get a full refund if I cancel the reservation before I travel?

- Once booking is finalized any cancellation after finalization will be subject to penalty of 5%. However, if cancellation is made 3 days prior the arrival/departure, 100 % cancellation will apply.


d. Can I change my booking?

- Changes should be done at least 4-working days before your scheduled trip

Lost baggage during transit to my hotel

Please notify the coordinator immediately. Please make sure that your luggage is properly tagged.

Lost baggage during my arrival at the airport

Please notify the airline immediate. You may notify also Vigor Tours so they can assist you in filing lost baggage with the airline.

Is there an airport representative to assist us upon disembarkation?

There will be no coordinator. Instead, please proceed to baggage counter and claim your luggage. Exit at the Arrival Hall B and approach Vigor at B01 Counter. Just present your Funtastic Voucher to be assisted.

How will we identify the driver during our pick-up from the hotel?

Driver will meet you at the hotel concierge. But please be at the meeting place 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

Is portage service/fee or handling of baggage included?

What is the type of vehicle?

Transportation varies based on the number of guests. Small group tend to use comfortable vans or mini-buses, while larger groups require bigger buses.

Are there any additional charges for guests on wheelchairs?

There will be no additional charge should you bring your own wheelchair. However, but the client must be accompanied by his / her friend to go on board and not rely on the driver of liability issue. We highly recommend also to inform us during the booking if there is a need of special assistance.

I have motion sickness, trouble walking, limited mobility, etc. Can I request a front seat on a bus?

We cannot guarantee front seat as seats are on a first come, first serve basis. We highly recommend to inform us during the booking if there is a need of special assistance.

What do I do if I accidentally left an item behind?

Please notify us or our partner Vigor Tours immediately and we will assist you with your concern. However, we not our liable for any lost or misplaced Items.

Are weapons and ammunitions allowed on board?

As long as passenger is with valid weapon license and with Government –issued movement order and those sportsmen travelling for competition.

Are there any safety seat belts per seat?

All seat are equipped with individual seat belt

Can I use a child's car seat for my baby during the transfer?

Should a car seat be used for an infant on board, an extra seat must be purchased on which the car seat would be placed upon
