Good news for BPI, RCBC, and Metrobank credit cardholders! Getting a Korean visa is now easier starting July 22, 2024, to December 31, 2024. Qualified credit cards from these banks will no longer be required to submit bank statements, income tax returns, or bank certificates.
However, visa applicants are still needed to submit all the other regular visa application requirements such as valid passport, visa forms, travel insurance, employment documentation, and travel itineraries.

This privilege is applicable ONLY to credit card holders as listed above and their immediate family members - parents, spouse, minor children (applicable for adult children who can prove to be students through documents), spouse's parents.
Take note that the privilege DOES NOT extend to supplementary card holders.
To aide you with your South Korea visa application, here is a list of basic requirements:
1. Certificate of employment (original), copy of credit card(front only with complete information), and latest 3 months credit card account Monthly Billing Statements(copy)
2. Submission of bank certificates, bank statements, and ITR are exempted for credit card holders and family members. Other documents, such as proof of relationship, are required.
* Exempted documents may still be submitted if preferred.
3. Submission of other documents, such as proof of relationships, may be required.
