Effective July 1, 2026, VFS will implement new visa fees for foreign nationals applying for Japanese Visa.
ARE PHILIPPINE PASSPORT HOLDERS AFFECTED?
NO. Philippine passport holders applying for Tourist, Business/Commercial, Visiting Relatives and Friends, and Spouse of a Japanese National (SOFA) visas, will remain GRATIS or free of charge.
The revised visa fees will primarily affect foreign passport holders, including Chinese, Indonesian, and other nationalities, except for Indian nationals whose fees remain unchanged.

Effective April 15, 2026, please be advised of the fees related to Japan visa filing.
Implementation Guidelines:

All new applications submitted to Rajah Travel starting on the implementation date, will follow the rates. |

b. |
For all applications accepted prior to the implementation date with payment, the RTC fee remains the same. However, the increase in JVAC fee shall be paid by the applicant as an additional charge. |

c. |
For all applications with RTC-confirmed reservations for filing on a specified date with initial payment, prior to the implementation date, the RTC service fee will remain the same. However, the increase in JVAC fee shall be paid the applicant. |

d. |
For applicants who availed of the promotional rate during RTC events, such as the DF and BPI Sale, the RTC service fee will remain the same. However, the increase in JVAC fee shall be paid by the applicant. |

Fees are subject to change without prior notice. |
