PACKAGE INCLUSIONS: 

  1. Private, air-conditioned vehicle for all airport transfers.
  2. Comfortable, well-rated accommodations selected for location and guest experience:
    • Mexico City for five (5) nights
    • Valladolid for three (3) nights
    • Oaxaca for three (3) nights 
  3. Curated Dining Experiences asoutlined in the itinerary
  4. Hand-picked experiences and excursions detailed in the itinerary for an immersive cultural journey
  5. Full-time, professional Tour Coordinator to assist and guide throughout the entire trip.

  3. Any incidentals or items of personal nature incurred such as mineral water, table drinks, laundry, telephone calls, etc.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

  1. Any revisions, deviations, and/or additional arrangements requested by CLIENT shall be billed and settled separately in CASH and paid directly to RTC. The invoice will be submitted to the CLIENT supported by an email request/purchase order provided by the CLIENT. 
  2. The CLIENT shall be responsible and accountable for all incidental charges and personal expenses made by the CLIENT or its members. 
  3. Both parties shall not be responsible for any failure of or delay in the performance of this conforme for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or labor disputes, embargoes, government order. 
  4. Both parties shall keep in the strictest confidence all information, including plans, travel plans, programs, incentives, initiative, people and their personal information, prices, accommodations, bookings, and strategies, all of which are considered confidential and proprietary information. Either party shall not disclose these to any person or entities unless with the prior written consent of the CLIENT and RTC. 
  5. RAJAH TRAVEL shall not be responsible for any failure of or delay in the performance of this contract for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders, health and safety of the participant (COVID) or any other force majeure event. 
  6. In the event of a new pandemic, reimbursements are subject to the conditions of the service providers
  7. RAJAH TRAVEL shall require a copy of a valid government-issued ID for all travelers to secure the initial booking arrangements. 
  8. Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM

Day 1 November 16 |  HELLO MEXICO (D)

Welcome to Mexico! Your culinary adventure with Kitchens of the World and Chef Reggie begins the moment you arrive. A smooth and comfortable private transfer will take you from the airport to your hotel. We’ll kick off your journey with a special welcome dinner at one of Mexico City’s acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants. Transfer back to the hotel after dinner. The rest of the evening is yours to relax and unwind at your leisure.

Day 2 November 17 | YUCATÁN UNVEILED (B/L/D)

Morning check-out and transfer to the domestic airport for your domestic flight to Cancun. Begin your exploration with an immersive cooking session led by one of Mexico’s renowned chefs. As sun sets enjoy a delicious dinner before continuing a scenic drive to the charming and laidback city of Valladolid. Spend the night in Valladolid and relax at your leisure.

Day 3 November 18 | LIVE LIKE A LOCAL (B/L/D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the market and shop for seasonal ingredients for a home cooked lunch. Afternoon free for a swim or to explore Calzada de los Frailes. Dinner at a fancy restaurant at an old quiet town.

Day 4 November 19 HIGHLIGHTS OF YUCATAN (B/L/D)

Begin your day with a traditional Yucatecan breakfast on a local spot outside the hotel. Immerse yourself in history as you discover the interesting story of the Mayan Ruins. Savor an authentic Mayan lunch prepared by a well-known Mayan chef. In the evening, a unique dining experience, magical dinner served in a natural sink hole.

Day 5 November 20 VIBRANT OAXACA (B/L/D)

Morning check-out and drive back to the city of Cancun for your domestic flight to Oaxaca. Find out more about the indigenous cultures, colorful traditions, diverse cuisine. Taste a contemporary Oaxacan meal made with organic vegetables & free-range meat, and chef Reggie’s favorite Tostadas de Insectos, served on a stylish open-air patio setting.Spend the rest of the evening in Oaxaca, where colonial charm meets artistic flair.

Day 6 November 21 FEATURES OF OAXACA (B/L/D)

Engage yourself in the rich artistic traditions of Oaxaca. The day begins with learning how to make woven rugs using organic materials, guided by Zapotec Master weavers and designers. Uncover the inspiring story of a talented artisan who crafted her first candle at the age of eight and has kept its legacy and usage alive. Taste Istmeña good where dishes taste like love. The meal will highlight the diversity of Mexican cuisine. The afternoon is at your own pace. In the evening, indulge in an unforgettable dinner showcasing Oaxaca’s signature flavors: rich mole, heirloom corn, and smoky mezcal. Overnight in Oaxaca City.

Day 7 November 22 OAXACA CULTURAL EXPERIENCE (B/L/D)

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Embark on a guided tour through one of Oaxaca’s vibrant local markets. Enjoy an authentic curated underground Barbacoa brunch at an acclaimed restaurant. Continue driving to a nearby town and discover the traditional carving and painting techniques used to create a folk-art piece. Festive afternoon at a private ranch a rustic and picturesque location surrounded by nature. Experience a hands-on cooking demonstration led by a prominent chef in the country. Cherish a delicious dinner under the star featuring the dishes prepared during the cooking demo. Relax and unwind in comfort at the hotel.

Day 8 November 23 A DAY OF DEVOTION (B/L)

The days begins early with a heartfelt farewell to the colonial charm of Oaxaca and enjoy the road to another state of Mexico, Puebla. Your route brings you to the sacred city of Cholula, famed for having one church for every day of the year. This blend of pre-Hispanic and colonial devotion makes this city an unforgettable spiritual landmark. After lunch, we continue our drive to Mexico City and settle into the luxurious comfort located in the upscale neighborhood of Polanco. Dinner tonight is at your leisure. Rest well in your elegant accommodation, preparing for more enriching experiences to come.

Day 9 November 24 VIVA LA GUADALUPANA (B)

Depart early and visit one of the most worshipped pilgrim sites in the Americas- the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Stroll through the serene ground, visit the Capilla del Cerrito on Tepeyac Hill (where the Virgin is said to have appeared to Juan Diego). After the spiritual immersion, head back to the hotel. Spend your afternoon leisurely exploring high-end boutiques, designer stores along Avenida Presidente Masaryk. Lunch and dinner today are at your leisure. Return to your hotel in Mexico City for a well-deserved rest.

Day 10 November 25 TRAJINERA AND COYOACÁN CHARM (B/L/D)

Today, fall in love with charming Xochimilco and Coyoacán. Explore the Coyoacán Market, where locals trade everything from handcrafted goods and artisanal jewelry to exotic spices and street food. Head to one of Mexico City’s most iconic restaurants, famed for its traditional Mexican dishes and festive ambiance. As the sun sets, cruise gently through the ancient canals of Xochimilco and serenaded by mariachi bands. Snacks and drinks prepared on the spot will be served during the cruise. Enjoy the restful night in comfort at the hotel in Mexico City.
