Drive to Clark for your overnight accommodation at Quest Hotel.
Rise early and head to Clark International Airport to board a one-hour flight to Iloilo City, your gateway to the island of Guimaras.
From Iloilo, continue your journey by land and sea transfer to the world-famous land of the sweetest mangoes – Guimaras. Accompanied by a local historian, listen to tales of the province and the intriguing legends surrounding this heart-shaped fruit.
Proceed to your hotel for check-in and overnight stay.
With a local expert, begin your day with a morning visit to the National Mango Research and Development Center. Learn about the facility's vital role in the success of the Agri-Tourism industry in the province. Guimaras is one of the Philippine provinces capable of exporting mangoes to the United States of America and Australia. Your next stop, aptly named Pit Stop Café, is where you'll be challenged to flavor your own Mango Spaghetti and witness a cooking demo. End the day with a visit to the Trappist Monastery, run by the Monks of the Cistercian Order, who have devoted themselves to a monastic community life for a long time.
Overnight at the hotel.
Say farewell to Guimaras as we sail back to Iloilo City. Step back in time as we visit Camiña Bahay na Bato, one of the city’s architectural wonders showcasing Ilonggo culture, heritage, and gastronomy. Before heading to the airport for your flight to Manila, indulge in authentic local dishes cooked and prepared by the Camiña family, such as Pancit Molo, a soup with wonton wrappers originating from the Molo district in Iloilo City.
